Case #11:  this patient had a failing “maryland bridge”  in the lower anterior region.  an implant was placed and a soft tissue graft was done to cover the exposed root surface of the lower right cuspid.  additive composite bonding was done to re-contour the lower right cuspid, and the implant restored with a Porcelain crown.
