Combination upper implant bridge, lower Implant overdenture

CASE #5:  Patient presents with missing teeth in the upper left and lower right.  Remaining lower left teeth severely decayed requiring extractions.  3 implants were placed in the upper for a 5 unit bridge, and four implants were place in the lower arch for a complete lower overdenture.
